Cap and trade bill that no one has read appears doomed in the Senate

A little good news today after Pelosi jammed this piece of garbage down our throats last week:

The cap and trade bill that narrowly passed in the House last week won’t get more than 35 votes in the Senate–despite the additional, presumed “yea” from Al Franken

I think the Senate has people that unlike the House will indeed read the entire bill before making any decisions on how they cast their vote. I could be wrong, though. But I’m sure of one thing, the Republicans will all read the entire bill. I don’t think the Democrates have the attention span to do that sort of thing. After all, they have been told by Harry Reed all they need to know about it, so they don’t need to read it. If Harry likes the bill, they’ll like it too. It’s amazing that we pay these people vast sums of money NOT read what they are voting for. Isn’t that in their job description, somewhere?
