Remember how the Left spent years complaining about Bush’s signing statements? Remember Obama promising he wouldn’t use them because it was unconstitutional?

Ed Morrissey at Hot Air remembers that too and isn’t quite sure why Big O has all of a sudden decided signing statements are okay as long as he is president.
